Today is Sunday, December 18, 2022.
This is your long run day.
Recovery time after the cross country season allows the athlete to clear the body and mind from the rigors of a hard build up and hard racing season.
This is the end of the first week of the three-week recovery plan after cross country.
We would suggest the following workout today;
Warm-up, 50-60 minute run at a conversational pace, with a cooldown afterward.
