This is your workout for Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
This is day three in the third week of the RunblogRun Cross Country Recovery Block. We suggest some light workouts during this time period to keep you from going stir-crazy, but seriously, take time off you need. We suggest 3-4 times (most) to run or do some activity each week.
Our workouts begin in earnest next Monday, January 2, and we look forward to helping you then.

Larry Eder has had a 52-year involvement in the sport of athletics. Larry has experienced the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now, journalist and blogger. His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983.
