Okay, the cross-country season ended in the US yesterday for almost all cross-country runners.
Your fitness is at the top of the food chain; what do you do?

My suggestions:
Run easy the next couple of weeks, and find a fast flat 5k and a fast flat 10k and see what you can do.
Or, just vegetate with some easy runs for the next 3 weeks.
I tend to be on the less is more thing, so it is up to you.
Today is Monday, December 12, 2022.
Your workout today is warm up, and an easy 30-minute run, then a cooldown.
