This is the recovery day one for Week Three of the RunBlogRun Cross Country Recovery Block.
For you to get the benefits of fall cross country, you must give your body and mind a break for a few weeks, we suggest three weeks.
Some of you will find a short race during this time will give a brilliant new PB, some will find that they need a total break, that is up to you and your coach.
Today’s workout is warm-up as always, 30-45 minutes, cool-down slowly.
