We provide three weeks of recovery after the cross-country season.
Many find that this is a fun time to set a 5k PB or a 3000m indoor PB off the incredible fitness you have developed during 22 weeks of training that built you up during this season. We do to provide any hard sessions over these three weeks and definitely suggest taking two of the weeks quite easy, but a good season ending PB is a good thing.
This is Tuesday, December 14, 2022.
Warm up, then, run for 30-40 minutes on the trails, keep it fun, run with friends, then cool down well.
