Recovery is so important for all athletes. Recovery days make sense for track & field athletes, and sometimes, coach and athlete
have to add another one in.
We plan Recovery Days for each week, as your body will thank you for taking recovery days!
For your workout today, warm up slowly, 45-55 minutes, six times 150-meter stride-outs, and a complete cool-down, slowly. Please get your wet clothes off, and stay dry. Hydrate, and when you can nap, do it!
