The Thursday workout is a hill day. Hills are a big part of our training, and it allows us to develop strength, speed, and endurance.
The picture today is of Steve Jones, Welsh Olympian, winner of London, Chicago, and NYC Marathons, and former world record holder in the marathon. Steve Jones used hills as part of his training regimen.
For your workout today, warm up well with 30 minutes, moderate run 8 x 250-meter hill, charge up, jog down slowly, then a good, long cooldown, stretch and get out of the wet clothes.
