Many are running NXN regional meets or have run NCAA regional meets since yesterday. If you need a race, find a good flat 5k race to see how fast
you can go before the end of your season. Some are training for the FootLocker regionals, which are coming up in less than two weeks.
Your workout today is to warm up slowly and completely, do 5k cross country, and cool down slowly and completely.
