I always loved my long runs. Sunday was one of my favorite times of the week. I spent many Sundays over many years
running off Summit Road in the Santa Cruz Mountains from Dan & Cheryl Durante’s house. Our runs would go from fourteen miles
to 22 miles.
For your workout, today, warm up slowly and go completely and slowly for 75-90 minutes of moderate running and cooldown.
