Your workout today is a recovery day.
Recovery days are key to your development. Especially in big race weeks, we find that most athletes need some fast running, but lots of
recovery days so that racing in big weeks can be more effective.
Your workout: warm up slowly, 50-55 minute moderate run on trails, cool down slowly.
