This is our long run day. It is day 7, week six of the 2022 RunBlogRun Fall Cross Country Training & Racing Program.
The long runs are always done on Sundays. It is one of our four primary workouts a week. We start out around 45-50 minutes and build up to 75-90 minutes. We keep the pace at conversation pace, with some hills added to keep it fun and challenging.
