Today is October 29, 2022, Saturday, day six, Week Nine.
You have been training since July and are at the top of your form. The racing day is the key day of the week now.
Cross country is one of the biggest sports in the high school firmament. 560,000 are competing this season,
from little villages to big cities, in all fifty states.
Your workout for today is warm-up, a 5k cross-country race, a cooldown of 30 minutes, and stretching slowly.
