Long runs are 75-90 minute runs. It is a purely aerobic activity, and it is about building endurance. We suggest that you keep most of the pace at a talking pace. We also suggest that you vary the terrain.
Your workout today is to warm up and then run for 70-80 minutes, depending on how you feel after yesterday’s race. Cool down well. Change out of your wet clothes and hydrate.
