This is Week Two, Day 7 of the 2022 RunBlogRun Fall Cross Country Training & Racing program provided by RunBlogRun. We will provide cross-country training suggestions until late December 2022. Today is September 11, 2022. It is a long run day and the seventh day of week two of our Fall Cross Country program.
Long run days are slotted in on Sundays. For high schoolers and college runners, we suggest 65-90 minutes at a moderate pace. A moderate pace is a pace where you can converse, maybe not always in full sentences, but you can communicate.
