On race days, we suggest a long warm-up, some strides and to work the hills, push the downhills, and develop a segmented kick, where you pick up with 400m to go, increase with 300m, increase with 200m, and fly over the last 100m. Make sure that you cool down well.
This is Saturday, September 10, 2022, warm-up, race, and cooldown.
