Today is September 9, 2022. It is a recovery day and the fifth day of week two of our Fall Cross Country program.
Kiera D’Amato set the American record for the marathon at the Houston Marathon with her 2:19.12. She just finished 8th in the World Champs this past summer in Eugene and then set a CR at 20k in the recent Faxon Law New Haven 20k. Kiera D’Amato is one of the positive people in the world.
