Today is September 8, 2022. It is a challenging day and the fourth day of week two of our Fall Cross Country program.

Eilish McColgan is our photo athlete for the day. Eilish took gold at the 10,000m and silver at the 5,000m in the Commonwealth Games. Eilish took silver at 10,000m and bronze at 5000m in the European Champs. She ran five tough 10,000m races in three months! She just finished 2022 with a fine half marathon at The Big Half.
Today’s workout is warm-up, 30-minute run, good pace, then, 6-8 times 250-meter hill, run up hard, jog down easy, 15 minutes of easy running, six times 150-meter stride-outs, cooldown.
