Today is September 5, 2022. It is a recovery day and the first day of week two of our Fall Cross Country program.

Great coaches are good listeners and confessers and actually love what they do. They sure do not do it for the money.
This writer had fantastic coaches, from Father Ralph Passarelli, Rich Grawer, Steve Polley, Steve Pensinger, and Dan Durante. I learned the art of coaching from Terry Ward, Dan Durante, Joe Mangan, Hank Ketels, and Peanut Harms.
Today’s workout is the cooldown, 45 minutes of easy running, 6 x 150 meters, and a nice cooldown.
