Today is September 7, 2022. It is a recovery day and the third day of week two of our 2022 Fall Cross Country program.

The photo shows Jake Wightman winning the 2021 NB Fifth Avenue Mile. it is a cool event; there are 6000 people running mile races in NYC, down Fifth Avenue, all twenty blocks in a row in Manhattan. The races have elite races for men and women.
Day 3 is a recovery day.
Warm up slowly, run 45-50 minutes at a relaxed pace, and finish with six times 150-meter stride outs, plus a good cooldown.
