The Commonwealth Games is going on in Birmingham, England this week. The men’s 1,500 meters will be happening on Saturday and it should be spectacular. Josh Kerr, Jake Wightman and Neil Gourley will all be there duking it out.
Today, for your workout, get in a good warm up, run 45 minutes in a park, and do 4 x 150m stride outs, keeping it open and relaxed, cooldown, hydrate, and remember to watch Peacock TV for the U 20, You Tube for Commonwealth Games and remember Diamond League in Poland tomorrow.
