This is week five, day 3 of the 2022 RunBlogRun Summer Cross Country Mileage Program. Give us three more weeks, and we will have you ready to race for Fall Cross Country!
Today is an easy day, and keep it that way! Take some time and check out the Women’s 10,000m race at the Commonwealth Games, which went on earlier today in Birmingham, England. It is a nail-biter and you will love it!
