Warm up, and find a hilly 5k to 8k road race or cross-country race. Push the hills and take a long run to the finish, increasing your pace as your get closer to the finish.
If you do not a race, then warm up, go to the track and run a current race pace two-mile (8 laps), and sprint the straights, jog the turns, and then cool down.
