We work on a seven-day weekly plan, with a long run, tempo run, hill day, and race or speed day. Three recovery days, and those are a must. To build your mortal engine, you must have recovery, eat well, hydrate well and sleep well.
Today’s workout is warm-up, 45 minutes-50 minutes of conversational pace running, and then six times 150-meter stride outs, then a good cooldown.
