Cross country is one of the most popular sports in the world. In the high school sport, there will be 550,000 boys and girls running cross country in the U.S. Sixteen thousand high schools have cross country programs, and 19,000 have track & field programs.

Your workout for today, July 21, 2022, is warm up, 6 times 3 minutes hard, on a soft surface, with a 3 minute jog in between, and then a 20-minute relaxed run, and cooldown. Remember to hydrate.
