Today is week 4, day 1 at the 2022 RunBlogRun Summer Cross Country mileage program. We are halfway in summer training.
Today, Monday, July 26, 2022, is an easy day (even though I almost gave you hill work).

Your workout today is warm-up, 45 minutes of relaxed running, 6 x 150-meter stride-outs, and a cooldown. You might also consider 30 minutes of light weights, high reps, and low weight.
