Galen Rupp, four-time Olympian, two time Olympic gold medalist, will be representing the USA. I have observed Galen run since he was a top placer at the Nike Border Clash in his junior year in high school. A friend, Dave Frank, Coach at Central Catholic had me join him at San Jose City College in 1995, at the AAU Junior meet to see Galen take second in the 5,000 meters.
Galen Rupp came through the ranks and cross country played a huge part in his development, it should be part of your program, too.
Your Workout today, July 9, 2022 is: warm up, easy 40 minutes, cooldown.
