This is the beginning of our two-three week recovery time. The idea is to get a physical, mental, and spiritual break. Read books, take naps, goof off, get outside and enjoy nature.
The workouts will be 3 days a week, and you will have an option of doing something like walking or bike riding to get you moving.

Some have asked me about racing during this time. Truth is, if you rest this week, racing this weekend would be spectacular, but please take 2-3 weeks off from racing!
Each day, we will have an inspirational story for you.
Today is Devon Allen. Devon is a two-time Olympian at the 110-meter hurdles, and he signed a contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. Devon was working out Monday-Thursday on football practice, getting bashed and fit, and then track workouts, Friday-Saturday. About three weeks ago, Devon got COVID, stopped workouts, rested ten days, and then, on Sunday, June 12, 2022, won the 110m hurdles against World Champion Grant Holloway, in WL 12.84, his PB and #3 time EVER in the world!
Rest is important!
