Sinclaire Johnson won the Women’s 1,500m at the USATF outdoor Champs on Saturday, June 25, 2022. Sinclaire had finished last in the Women’s 1,500m in 2021 at the Olympic Trials. She regrouped, she focused and he took the advice of Coach Pete Julian of the Union Athletic Club.
Pete Julian was born to coach. He loves working with his athletes and his athletes love, but most of all, respect him and his methodical approach to training.
Sinclaire Johnson ran a 3:58.85 on May 28, 2022 at the Nike Pre Classic to shake a few up. On June 25, 2022, Sinclaire battled Karissa Schweizer, Elle St. Pierre, Cory McGee and Heather MacLean to take the win in a tough 4:03.29.
How good is she? 1996 Olympian Julie Henner, a well respected coach, told me to watch Sinclaire, that she is one of the amazing ones. I always listen to Julie You should too.
Your workout today, Monday, June 27, 2022, is an easy day, take a walk, a run, a bike ride, or a swim.
