Kip Keino Classic has incredible sprints!

The Kip Keino Classic is held on May 7, 2022. The Continental Tour gold meeting will be held at the Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya. The sprint fields are pretty special in this meet, and we could see some huge performances this weekend. EME news writes about the stars of the sport coming to Nairobi.

NAIROBI (KEN): Middle and long distances are full of African talent but this year sprints are having a special flavour. In men´s 100 m a top battle between Olympic winner Marcell Jacobs against US sprinters Fred Kerley and Kenny Bednarek along with another Italian Filippo Tortu and mainly home star Ferdinand Omanyala. In the 200 m top names Aaron Brown with Kyree King and Isaac Makwala. Women sprints are having in the 100 m legendary Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce against in-shape youngster Christine Mboma who will also run the 200 m. US Wadeline Jonathas is the top name in the women 400 m.
