Last weekend, while watching Belgrade, I was most impressed with Elle Purrier St. Pierre. Elle had doubled at the US Champs and had taken third in the 1,500m and won the 3,000m. In the 3,000m World Indoor Champs, Elle kept her cool until the last lap and made a bold move, moving into second place and holding it, despite the challenges of two Ethiopian athletes and one Canadian. We can all learn from Elle. Keep your cool under pressure and make your move spectacular!
