This is one of the clips on the Josh Kerr series from Socialing the Distance. We did this interview in 2021, just prior to the Tokyo Olympics. Josh Kerr is the bronze medalist at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and the gold medalist at the 2023 Budapest World Championships.

One of my favorite segments we do with most of our interviews, we ask them to describe a few athletes we name in a few words. Always fun and frequently enlightening.
Josh Kerr is a member of the Brooks Beasts TC. On 7 August 2021, Josh ran a masterful 1,500m, with a gut wrenching final 200m. In the final 200m he put himself into the Olympics medals, taking the bronze, and missing the silver by .04! The Scottish athlete is now one of the world players at the 1,500m. In these clips, we attempt to appreciate his talent, his focus, and his coach/athlete relationship.
