The long jump is going to be exciting in Monaco on 9 July 2021.
Tajah Gayle has gone 8.56 m (wind-aided, 2.5ms) and 8.27m (wind of -2 ms) against Juan Miguel Echevarria, who went 8.29m, both in Stockholm at Bauhaus-Galan. Echevarria has gone 8.55m this season.
Add Thobias Montler, Marquis Dendy, and Miltiadis Tenteoglou and you have a long jump battle.
Each event at the Herculis Meeting will be sensational. Last year, Monaco put together incredible fields during the height of the pandemic.

MONACO (MON): World champion Tajay Gayle picked up his first win of the season in Stockholm, beating Cuba’s Juan Miguel EchevarrÃa and Sweden’s Thobias Montler in the Final 3. The three will lock horns again in Monaco, though they may face a sterner test to make it to the Final 3 this time around, with US star Marquis Dendy and in-form European Champion and World leader Miltiadis Tentoglou also in the line-up.
