Fifty minutes in a park. Find some trails, and get moving. Do the run on your own, or with friends, keep it at a conversational pace. We are not trying to beat you up today, this is just a beginning week, so enjoy it. Enjoy the pure act of running. Oh, and check your shoes. I suggest two pairs of training shoes, alternating so that you can avoid injuries. Go to your local running stores, wear a mask and try on at least six pairs of shoes, and ask for advice.
