UPPSALA (SWE): Armand Duplantis has said being the favourite for the Olympic pole vault title “is very cool,” informs SVT. “I want to win the Olympic gold. Just being able to compete in an Olympics is a dream that I have had since I was little, and now I am in a seat where it feels like everyone sees me as a favourite for gold. It’s a lot of pressure but it’s very cool and I’m grateful for that. I will make as much as possible of this situation and show both Sweden and the rest of the world what I can do,” he said. His next competition will be Ostrava Golden Spike on May 19.
