After a hard-fought race, it was BYU’s Conner Mantz who took home the individual title at the men’s NCAA cross country championship with a time of 29:26.1. Mantz became the first American to win the individual title since Oregon’s Galen Rupp in 2008. Meanwhile, Northern Arizona won the team title, giving them four NCAA cross country championships in the last 5 seasons.
