Oh, how I wish Karsten Warholm would have done the 400m at the 2021 European Athletics. His 300m last night was quick and suggests that the 2017 and 2019 WC at 400m hurdles is in amazing shape.

RUD (NOR, Feb 28): World champion at 400 m hurdles Karsten Warholm on his 25th birthday clocked World leading national record 32.47 in the 300 m at a club meet. This also tied 3rd all-time best by an European (32.15 Maslak, 32.39 Husillos and 32.47 Dhjone). It was his only indoor appearance in 2021. Second Aiden Floyd Vincent was timed with 35.73, national U20 record. Warholm´s training partner Amalie Iuel clocked 37.51 Norwegian all-time best in the women 300 m. Second Elisabeth Slettum 37.80 over Lakeri Ertzgaard 38.98 (national U20 record).
