Tom Jordan has always been more than a meet director. Tom’s job, as he sees it, has been to build and project the legacy of the late Steve
Prefontaine, via the Nike Prefontaine Classic.
Since 1985, the Nike Prefontaine Classic has given generations of track fans a chance to see 3 hours of amazing athletics!
I have admired Tom Jordan for years, his love of athletics and his genuine excitement over the sport.
I truly enjoyed my interview with Tom Jordan and thank Tom for his time!
Thanks to Mike Deering, The Shoe Addicts, on producing #socialingthedistance.
