It comes as Tokyo recorded a record daily rise in new coronavirus cases. Meanwhile, the planned national vaccination programme in the Tokyo 2020 host country has been dealt a blow with news that the Moderna jab will not be approved for use in Japan until May at the earliest, Reuters reports.
