Socialing The Distance with Larry Eder
Featuring Sam Parsons, adidas sponsored athlete and member of the Tinman Elite
Sam Parsons competes on Tinman Elite, where his is also their creative director. Sam graduated from North Carolina State in business administration. At 10k, Sam has run 28:43, and at 5000m, Sam has gone 13:22. He’s pretty excited about his 1,500m speed, which is coming along well, with PBs at 3:37.4 (2019) and 3:55 in the mile (2019). Sam gives credit to the coaching team at Tinman Elite.
We had a liively talk about the sport, Sam’s time at adidas and his views on the global sport. Sam Parsons wants to give back to the sport that has given him so much. I like that about Sam.
I met Sam Parsons in Dusseldorf, in 2019, and saw that he competed for Germany, and ran well at 3,000 meters.
The interview was a lot of fun. Sam Parsons is passionate about athletics and brand marketing. He gets it. You will enjoy his interview.
Thanks to Sam Parsons on taking the time with #socialingthedistance. Thanks to Mike Deering on producing #socialingthedistance.
