The Athletics Chat is a weekly series. In this series, two journalists speak each week on the challenges in athletics. In Oxford, England, Stuart Weir is the #runblogrun European editor, and in San Jose, California (and Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin) is where Larry Eder resides. In these weekly convos, we keep it light, and enjoy the time conversing in this time of the pandemic.
In the Epilogue, I speak, in some detail about the topics in the week.

Larry Eder has had a 52-year involvement in the sport of athletics. Larry has experienced the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now, journalist and blogger. Of RunBlogRun, his daily pilgrimage with the sport, Larry says: "I have to admit, I love traveling to far away meets, writing about the sport I love, and the athletes I respect, for my readers at runblogrun.com, the most of anything I have ever done, except, maybe running itself."
