Dominique (Dom) Scott-Efurd began her running in South Africa, her homeland. Dom matriculated at the University of Arkansas, where she took 2nd in 2015 in the NCAA Outdoor 10,000m and 5,000m. In 2016, she won both the 5,000m and 10,000m at the NCAA. Dom went pro in the summer of 2016 with adidas, and made the South African Olympic team at 10,000m.

Dom trains in Boulder, Co under Coach Joe Bosshard.
Dom has a mile PB at 4:26.63 (2018), 5000m PB at 14:59.08 (2019) and 10,000 PB at 31:43.18 (2019). She has always went out of her way to speak with the media. We thank Dom Scott for her time and candor.

Larry Eder has had a 52-year involvement in the sport of athletics. Larry has experienced the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now, journalist and blogger. His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. Larry has published several magazines on athletics, from American Athletics to the U.S. version of Spikes magazine. He currently manages the content and marketing development of the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. Of RunBlogRun, his daily pilgrimage with the sport, Larry says: "I have to admit, I love traveling to far away meets, writing about the sport I love, and the athletes I respect, for my readers at runblogrun.com, the most of anything I have ever done, except, maybe running itself."
