Josephus Lyles is one of the finest sprinters in the U.S. In the 2020 season, Josephus Lyles went from 20.70 to 20.24 at 200m. In a couple events, Josephus and his brother, Noah have gone 1-2 at 200m.
Josephus came alive over the 200m in 2020. We spoke with Josephus Lyles at the end of his 2020 season. Josephus let us see how this season was different and how he improved his starts and his leg speed in 2020.

His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983.
