The stench that the Diacks (Lamine and Pappa) put upon the sport would not soon be forgotten. We may not know the whole story, because Pappa will probably never go to court in Paris. Pappa should have been extradited to France. But, the President in Senegal, who had been given a political donation via the Diacks, will not allow Pappa Diack to be extradited to Paris, France.
