We asked Lance about the wherabouts testing and the need by elite athletes to communicate with USADA and WADA. He speaks about those topics on Clip #7.
Lance Brauman is an elite coach. He understands the physical, mental and nutritional needs of an elite athlete. Brauman combines the scientific knowledge and its practical application when he coaches. In my mind, a coach such as Lance Brauman also understands and appreciates the bespoke needs of the individual athlete.
Thanks, once again to Lance Brauman on doing this interview. Thanks to Mike Deering /The Shoe Addicts on producing Socialing the Distance.
