RunBlogRun presents Socialing The Distance with Larry Eder featuring Coach Lance Brauman, PURE Athletics
Lance Brauman is the coach of PURE Athletics. Lance coaches many of the finest sprinters and jumpers in the world. Among his athletes are Shaunae Miller-Uibo (10.98, 21.98, 50.02 this season), and Noah Lyles (9.91 this season). Lance is a straight shooter, and I always learn something in his interviews.
