Mario Mendoza set a new World Treadmill 100k record of 6:39.26 on June 6, 2020. The 5x US Trail National Champion, 4x USATF Trail Runner of the Year, and former 50k Treadmill World Record Holder spent almost six hours, forty minutes on a treadmill, maintaining 6 minutes and 26 seconds a mile for 62.2 miles.
