Braz back to training
FORMIA (ITA): After two months of waiting, the Olympic champion and South American pole vault record holder Thiago Braz da Silva resumed his normal activities at the Formia Olympic Center, where he resides. Since the beginning of March due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Thiago had to improvise training in one sector of his raisin. “You only recognize the good when you have such a bad time … You have no idea how happy I am to return to training, even with all the precautions and restrictions,” said Thiago. “Returning is like a dream, for me and for all athletes. And now, when I trained and had the opportunity to jump, it was an enormous joy, “he added. He also expressed that “I am sad, mainly because of what is happening in Brazil. Everything will pass. We must stay strong and hopeful. ” From CBAT.
