UPPSALA (SWE): Currently at home in the United States in Lafayette, world pole vault record-holder Armand Duplantis is set to move to Uppsala in Sweden in preparation for the summer season, informs SVT. His first competition of the season will be the Impossible Games in Oslo on 11 June and he is also expected to compete at the Swedish Championships which take place in Uppsala in August. “A brand new pole box is set for the Swedish Championships this summer in Uppsala and a new pole jump mat has also been purchased by the municipality. So it will be fun to see him jump this summer,” said Uppsala IF’s Sports Manager Henrik Wennberg.
