Holly Bradshaw, like most of us, is having a tough time with most gyms and facilities closed. How does one work out in this time of contagion?
LOUGHBOROUGH (GBR): European pole vault bronze medallist Holly Bradshaw is still hoping to salvage something from her outdoor season, informs the Daily Telegraph. “It would just be good to get clarity to find out if there’s anything to train for in October. If they say there will be four Diamond Leagues in October then I could get ready for that and it would be great motivation. They can’t do it in Europe then, but they could do a circuit where a group of people travel from China to wherever in the southern hemisphere,” she said.
Loughborough University ran a #TrainatHome campaign and I spoke to them about how I am adapting, whilst remaining physically and mentally fit 🥇
