The post event presser, featuring Worknesh Degefa and Olika Adugna Bekila, the womens and mens races in style. Tim Hutching, 1984 Olympian, 4th in the 5000m, was the emcee. Tim asks good questons. Degefa spoke about her stomach illness during the event, and her plans to race Boston in 2020 and defend her title.
Olika Adugna has adopted the marathon. No morer 5000rm or 10,000m. The marathon is his event. Degefa has raced Dubai four times: she won in 2017, 4th in 2018, 2nd in 2019 and won again in 2020.
